QuickBGRemove is designed with privacy as a core principle. All image processing happens entirely within your web browser using client-side WebAssembly technology. Your images are never uploaded to any server, and we have no ability to access, view, or store your images.

How Your Images Are Processed

When you use QuickBGRemove, the AI background removal model is downloaded to your browser once (~40MB) and cached locally. All subsequent image processing runs on your device using WebAssembly. At no point are your images transmitted over the internet or stored on our servers. This architecture means your data stays completely under your control.

Data We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect, store, or process your images
• We do not require account creation or login
• We do not track individual user behavior
• We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking
• We do not sell or share any user data with third parties

Local Storage

QuickBGRemove uses your browser's localStorage to save your theme preference (light or dark mode). This data stays on your device and is never transmitted to any server. The AI model is cached in your browser's cache storage to avoid re-downloading on repeat visits.

Third-Party Services

QuickBGRemove is hosted on web infrastructure that may collect standard web server logs (IP addresses, browser type, timestamps). These logs are used solely for maintaining service availability and security. We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Our commitment to client-side-only image processing will not change.
